Join renowned international computer science and engineering professors, founders of successful startups, technology professionals, and venture capitalists in a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
CHALLENGES
This year's challenges span industry and application, providing robust opportunities for students to flex their creativity, intellect, and knowledge:
IonQ CHALLENGE: This challenge entails a series of quantum machine learning problems. The challenge is designed to be open-ended, encouraging students to develop creative solutions and test their skills. The challenge is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, who will be offering internships to eligible members of the winning team.
Xanadu CHALLENGE: This challenge is focused on quantum chemistry problems. Using PennyLane, students will be tested on their ability to develop efficient, scalable solutions to a quantum chemistry problems and applications. The challenge is sponsored by Accelerise, who will be offering internships to eligible members of the winning team.
DoraHacks CHALLENGE: This challenge is focused on encryption. Using IBM Qiskit and QPUs, students will solve quantum random number generation problems and develop potential real-world applications. DoraHacks will offer up to three (3) internships to members of the winning team.
STUDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO A FREE 4-WEEK QUANTUM BOOTCAMP TO GET READY
The qBraid and IonQ Bootcamp will provide a hands-on intro to quantum mechanics, principles, and software. You'll be equipped with knowledge of circuit models and prepped in algorithms applicable to the Quantathon challenges. It's your starter kit for an immersive, challenging, and successful experience. More details follow your admission.
