SC Quantum is proud to be a partner of Quantum.Tech Europe 2025, a leading global conference on quantum computing, communication, and sensing. The event will be held September 29–October 1 in Rotterdam during the International Year of Quantum and will bring together leaders from business, research, government, and education.

Quantum.Tech Europe is built around three themes: applying quantum tools to real problems, bringing together leaders from across sectors, and advancing innovation in a way that is measurable and responsible. These pillars reflect the focus of the conference on practical outcomes and collaboration rather than market hype. The event is a place where participants compare approaches, share lessons learned, and point to progress that is grounded and actionable.

“We need to make the world quantum-ready today by focusing on education and workforce development.” — Alessandro Curioni, IBM Research and Quantum.Tech Europe 2025 Speaker

South Carolina will be represented through SC Quantum’s work in education and workforce development. This includes initiatives such as the partnership with Van Robotics to introduce AI-enabled tutoring into classrooms across the state and a quantum sales course at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. Both efforts highlight how South Carolina is preparing students, educators, and employers for the opportunities that quantum technologies will bring.

This partnership helps position South Carolina as a destination for quantum talent and innovation. By participating in a global dialogue in Rotterdam, SC Quantum will showcase how the state is building momentum and contributing to the future of the quantum economy.
